Are your crystals genuine?
All of our crystals are genuine AA or AAA quality, aside from man-made stones like Opalite and Goldstone.
What metal do you use?
Each listing states the metal of the piece. It ranges from Stainless steel on our more afordable necklaces, to Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Plated Sterling on our higher end pieces.
Do I have to order a certain amount of each product?
We have a minimum order price of $150, but you are able to order as many as you'd like for each individual product.
Shipping & Returns
What is your shipping time?
Standard shipping is between 3-5 days. 1-2 day shipping is available as well for an additional charge.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes, you should expect a tracking number emailed to you within 24 hours of shipping. If you do not see this email, please check your promotions and spam.
One of my items came broken, how should I proceed?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at gracedcrystaljewelry@gmail.com with pictures of the item so that we can make the situation right.
